i have hip ny insurance...looking for a good, really GOOD ps to do it.  IN THE NYC AREA... any suggestions.... thanks

I just had a LBL and brachioplasty about a month ago and it was done by Dr. Thomas Sterry who advertises on this board.  I don't know if they take your insurance or not, but it's worth calling his office.  His insurance coordinator is very very thorough and his staff is very warm and friendly.  What I really liked about him is that he provides very extensive information before and very strong post op care. You can also check out other plastic surgeons on this website along with patient reviews, but I heartily recommend Dr. Sterry. Sue

I second the recommendation to call Dr. Sterry's office.  They are really great when it comes to working with you on insurance issues.
