I just spoke with my doctors office (Dr. Panemanglore - Ellis Bariatric) and my pre-op tests are all fine! I am all set for February 13th - cannot believe my time is here! I have been on Medifast since January 4th and have lost 28 pounds, now I am ready to start the next phase of my journey. I am just soooo excited and yet scared at the same time.

I'm so happy for you, Michelle! 28 lbs and probably more before surgery is amazing!!! It will make recovery much easier!!! The time will fly!!!
