LOL, I remember those days and actually occasionally eat like that now. Tomorrow why don't you try some ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, melt alittle shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese for a noodles lasagna!  YUMMY! then later, try a spoonful or two of ricotta cheese mixed with splenda.

I may be off on the general topic of inital post here, but I am thrilled and excited and happy for many things right now:  surgery date for lap band in less than 2 weeks (2- 13- 08) my daughter is healthy and eating right and exercising right along with me. I have lost a little over 60 lbs pre-op since end of June 07, and I am feeling good, today is a beautiful day in Albany Ny. 40 degrees +.  I am very close to being @ my own personal weight goal b4 surgery. i wanted to be under 300 lbs, but I am about 308 right now, and I have 10 more days to rock my diet/exercise regime, so I will do my best but I know I will come close and give it all I've got. For that, I am happy and excited and THRILLED !!!!!  Hope all of you remember that every struggle we come across through this process/journey is a perfect example and test of our strength.  We can achieve anything we want in life, with regard to our weight loss, and our life in general, if we want it bad enough and we work hard at it. Have a GLORIOUS day !!!!!!! Doirinne (aka healthygirl2b) from Cohoes (Albany) NY
