Hello All, OK I have some time so I wanted to post B- 1 sugar control packet of Oatmeal, mixed with soy milk Archeiv One Protein Drink S- 2 servings of Pretzels L- tuna drained and put over mixed greens, cucs and some olives. 1 tbs vinagrette dressing 1/4 packet of soy crisp protein balls. S- 3 pretzels rods D- 2 full chicken wings (made on the bar-b-q), 4 brussell sprouts w/pat of butter omg when hubby came home I had 1/2 of his grilled cheese sandwich...grrrrrr!!! S- 1 cup no sugar added vanilla ice cream Water: 32 oz Exercise: n/a Ok who is next ~Hugs~

Me, Me... I'm next!! B - 1 egg & 1 strip of bacon L - the insides of a turkey & swiss sandwish & 1 slice of apple w/ little bit of pb S - rest of apple &  rest pb (1.5 tbs total) D - Buffalo style chicken chunks, mashed taters w/ shredded cheese & broccoli pieces Water - 80oz (I've been thirsty as heck today!!!) Exercise - walked 1.5 miles today

B: Uncle sam's cereal with strawberries and 1%
S: 2 cheese sticks
L: Goat's milk maple yogurt with 2 handfuls raisins and nuts
S: handful of pretzels and 3 pieces of chocolate ( )
D: 4 oz chicken, 1/2 c pasta, stringbeans with garlic oil
S: sm bag of doritos ( )

Freakin' carbs!!!

40 oz water

no exercise.

I thought I was back on trac****il after lunch!!!!

Hi all. B - yogurt with nuts/ raisins S - 1/2 banana L - salad with cooked turkey pepperoni, black olives, chickpeas and Lo-cal ranch dressing S - TWO   TLC kashi bars D - Small piece of turkey meatloaf, peas S - SIX s/f ice pops.  86 oz. of water and decaf tea 1/2 hr. on stationary bike.
