Jamie, Hello hun ~hugs~ OK what I had today: B- 2 scrambled eggs, 1 rice cake Archeiv One Protein Drink S- 4 oz carb control yogurt, 1 pk soy protein balls L- Wendy's Chili salad S- 1 pk pb cheese crackers D- Shrimp with thin noodles S- not sure yet..... Water: 75 oz Exercise: n/a Ok who is next?..... ~Hugs~

5:30am dc tea w/splenda 8:45am mudslide coffee (yummy) with 1/2 &1/2 and splenda 9:30am Breakfast-oatmeal and a banana 12:30 1/2 eggroll and a few bites of broccoli and beef chinese food 2:30 dc earl gray tea with spenda 3:30 2 handful of nuts & a sliced apple 4:30 one bottle of diet snapple iced tea 6:00 grilled chicken over salad with italian dressing and roasted peppers 6:30 water later a snack?????probably some soy beans and a few raisins

Hi Jamie,
I hope you met your goal of taking care of your own needs today. I had an off day with food yesterday.
B: bowl of uncle sam cereal with 1% milk, and coffee
S: 2 cheese sticks
L: burrito and salad
S: nf latte
D: chicken wings, a slice of pizza, a hand ful of candy (yikes!!)
S: nf pudding cup with 2T whipped cream

35 min on treadmill
30 oz crystal light

Back on track today.

Looking forward to getting together with you in a couple of weeks!
