HEART

Hello, i found out i have done a heart catherization wednesday. i am scared to death i had blood tests done and found out i might have vasculitis,lupis,rhmitorid arthritis,inflammation and they have been rerun and still coming up postive. i had the gastric bypass done over three years ago. dawn leonard

Don't panic.  There are a lot of "IFs" there.  I will pray that all turns out well for you.  Keep us posted.

Dawn the best that you can do right now is think positively and wait for the results.  The above poster is right. There is a big possibility that the labs were wrong. You have every reason to be frightened but you can cross the bridge when you come to it.  In the meantime,I'll keep you in my prayers.

i want to thank you all i will try to think positive thoughts for as the blood work they keep doing the same blood work and it keeps coming up positive so it is hard to stay postive on that side of things. i go into the hospital wednesday if the weather holds off. thanks dawn

hello this dawn again, it has been a trying week monday i was having chest pain really bad and i took pain medicine and that didn't take it again so i went to the er and was there for over 5 hours and did all kinds of test on the heart then they put me in the hospital for two days to monitor my heart all tests are coming up negitive and had a ct done and negitive with die so i could't have my surgury on january 30 so it is rescheduled for february 6 have to be there at 8:15 did pre-op over the phone got out of the hospital january 30 we don't know what is going on i still have pains in my chest is might have to do with a fall i have taking and blocked out from so i don't remember what happened noone know what going on i don't get answers i am waiting for my doctor in syracuse to give me some answer but don't get them over the phone they gave me some answers they are coming up postive again for vasculitis,lupis the doctor says even they come back positive doesn't mean i have it go figer that on out i am scared noone tells me nothing and that makes it worse on me. dawn leonard

I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time right now- It may be hard to see the postive side but just try not to be to hard on your self. Did I read you are scheduled for surgery for feb 6?  That is so exciting- I am so happy for you- that is only 4 days away-  How do you feel about the surgey? Are you excited or nervous? How long have  you waited to get this done-? Keep me posted- I wish you all the best and i iwill you keep you in my thoughts and my prayers ...hugs take care...
