 Congrats!!!! Isn't it a fabulous feeling?!!! I hit that mark a week or so ago & it hasn't set in yet!! I still have that fear of gaining it back since every other time I have lost I have regained & then some!!! I know, old habits die hard!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

My sister is doing great.  She went back to see Dr. C yesterday and she lost 12 lbs in the first week.  She hasn't used any pain pills since she got home.  Boy she makes me look bad..........lol.    Thanks for asking about her.  That is so sweet of you.    I am thrilled and excited about the 100lbs.  Just keep telling myself that I can get rid of the last 40 lbs ok.
