Update: I'm approved!!!

I'm APPROVED!  Thanks to all of you for being so supportive through this!  Turns out Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield is very fast... once my doctor's office finally submitted my paperwork, that is. The nurse (who happens to also be the Doc's wife) that does the submitting has been out sick for awhile, and so my paperwork that was ready Jan 2 did not actually go out to the insurance comp. until Tuesday the 15th.  Then, I called today to check the status (thanks to Tara for reminding me!), and the insurance company said that they did not receive everything.  (apparently there was a problem with the fax.)  Called the doc today at 1:30pm and told them the insurance didn't have everything, they faxed again, and then called me just 3 hours later to tell me I'm APPROVED!  This is so exciting!   So, really Excellus only took 1 day.  They are very fast! Just wanted to tell you guys! -Scarlett
