Hello All ~hugs~ Ok today I was feeling so much better and as soon as I got home I had my afternoon snack, which was fine and I was ok with it BUT I had an attack of the carb monster and now I am finishing up a pk of cheese PB crackers!!!!!   I was crazy with wanting A CARB!!! I am just going to try and get myself back on track! What I had today: B-Medifast shake 1100 cal, 1 fat, 12 carbs, 15 protein 1 Archeiv One protein drink 120 cal, 0 fat, 5 carbs, 20 protein S- Medifast Apple Cinn Oatmeal 110 cal, 2 fat, 16 carbs, 11 protein L- Medifast bar 140 cal, 5 fat, 22 carbs, 11 protein S- Medifast Chicken and Wild Rice soup 100 cal, 1 fat, 12 carbs, 12 protein 1 pk Cheese PB Crackers 200 cal, 10 fat, 21 carbs, 5 protein D- I think chicken and salad greens but I am not sure yet! *****TOTALS: 789 cal, 19 fat, 92 carbs, 75 protein***** (Does not have my dinner or my night Medifast snack yet) Water: 75 oz Exercise: n/a Take care all ~Hugs~

Hi Everyone, ( You're doing well, Deb.) B - yogurt mixed with raisins & nuts   40 oz. of decaf tea with splenda throughout morning L - looked in fridge to make salad but saw sour cream. Made onion dip and ate some potato chips which I then promptly threw the bag on the ground and squished it with my feet. Then washed onion dip down the drain. What the heck???? D - spaghetti squash with melted mozzarella, garlic, pepper and sauce. 2 bottles of water. Exercise: 2 miles walking, free weights

Debra - you are doing good!! Keep it up!! Diane - That's too funny about the chips!!!! I've done that too!!!! I am fighting the beginnings of a nasty cold so I haven't felt like eating much of anything but I did walk even though I felt like crap!!! (Now I am drugged up with Tylenol Cold meds & hope I can sleep tonight!!) Anyway - here goes... B - 1 egg & 1/2 whole grain light English Muffin L - 1/4c low-fat cottage cheese w/ about 1/8c of canteloupe chunks, 1/2 hard boiled egg & 2 slices of cuke D - turkey burger w/out bun, of course & broccoli & a tbs of mashed potatoes & a little fat-free gravy Water - 50oz so far Exercise - 1.5 miles

B - large (heaping table) spoon of chickie salad L - a stuffed shell and a small meatball walked 40 minutes D - same as lunch...OMG :|  (it's gone now) S - frozen bluberries Water all day long

I'm really struggling with that too Deb. It's a hard battle but it's worthy. Keep fighting the good fight girlfriend.

B: egg whites with peppers, onion, and canadian bacon
L: Salad with 3 oz beef, vinagrette
S: celery stalk with wedge of light laughing cow cheese
D: low fat burger with low fat cheese ,string beans in garlic oil
S: sf, ff pudding cup with dallop of sf whipped cream

12 oz skim milk (in latte)
1 liter crystal light
12 oz decaf coffee

no exercise yet, but I did better on the water thing, and have lost 5.5 pouns in 3 days. Whew! The SB diet really does the trick for me.....
