Hello All  ~hugs~ What I had today: B- Medifast Apple Cinn Oatmeal 110 cal, 1.5 fat, 16 carbs, 11 protein 1 Archeiv One protein drink 120 cal, 0 fat, 5 carbs, 20 protein S- Medifast bar 140 cal, 5 fat, 22 carbs, 11 protein L- Medifast Chicken and Wild Rice soup 100 cal, 1 fat, 12 carbs, 12 protein S- Medifast Chili, 3 stalks celery 110 cal, 1.5 fat, 15 carbs, 14 protein D- 4 oz Pork chop, 1 cup Cauliflower , 1 pat butter 190 cal, 19 fat, 5 carbs, 34 protein S- Medifast shake 110 cal, 1.5 fat, 15 carbs, 14 protein *****TOTALS: 880 cal, 28 fat, 94 carbs, 111 protein***** Water: 75 oz Exercise: n/a OK WOW breaking the carb monster is HARD!!! Thought I am hanging in there OK who is next.....

GREAT JOB!!!  I guess im next! b- medifast shake l- 2 medifast shakes...mixed together

s- medifast shake

d- grilled chicken salad... but ate to much and used regular dressing.  this is so much harder the 2nd week.... im starving at dinner, but not hungry at all during the day, UGH!!! 60 oz water, diet snapple (1)

ok - trying to remember what I ate today is tough... it's been a brain drain kind of day!! B - Weight Control cinnamon oatmeal L - 1/4c chili w/ some shredded cheese (didn't feel like eating but I ate some) S - 2 hershey kisses  D - 3oz leftover bbq chicken tenders, 3 tbs sf baked beans & 3 tbs mashed potatoes w/ broccoli pieces mixed in Water - 56 oz so far Exercise - 1st day of walking w/ my friend (so much better than doing it alone) - we walked about 1 mile!!!

Hugs back! You are so right about breaking the carb monster! Evil!
Yesterday:
B: One over easy egg, 2 slices canadian bacon
S: celery with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese
L: Salad with cottage cheese, balsamic vinegrette
S: 2 cheese sticks
D: Poached salmon, asparagus, cabbage salad
S: ricotta cheese with sf flavoring

12 oz water, 12 oz diet caf free pepsi. Still struggling with water intake.

NO exercise. Today's the day for water and exercise reboot.
