OK what I had today B- 1 hard boilded egg Little coffee in my 4 oz micellar milk S-  1 oz cheese, 1 Ko****LC bar L- 5 oz tuna fish over greens with light dressing, some croutons S- 1 pk pb cheese crackers D- left over chinese food S-4 s/f cookies Water: 32 oz (if that) Exercise: n/a OK who is next? ~hugs~

I have to get back on the eating breakfast track.  I did much better then! B- nada L- hodge podge of corn, rice and 1/2 slice of meatloaf D- same as lunch Walked for 40 minutes during lunch... loads of Crystal Light Lemon Iced Tea

Very Hungry Day. Took all required vitamins. B -  L/F S/F yogurt with almonds and raisins L - Cottage cheese with fresh fruit and S/F Jello S - Too many S/F icepops again. I can't buy them anymore. (They seem to be my  new cigarette supplements) D - Wendy's Chile S - 2 TLC bars. ( Can't buy them anymore either) 64 fl oz. of Decaf tea/ splenda, lots of water Walked only a mile today. Stretch exercises for abdomen and waist and thighs. NEXT UP....................................?
