On Medifast for day 6 & I just knew there would be days like this!!! And came here to the message board instead of doing something stupid!! I did not even leave the office at lunchtime and I have shopping to do. Started out the day great and got to work and it has been horrbile , I think the stress makes me think of food! BUT I will not allow myself to "have a moment"!!!! So here I am!! LOL I just made my Medifast shakes and am going to enjoy it, then drink more water. Just venting here, it sure does help!!!

Thanks for listening!!

Michelle

That's the exact self control you'll need to get through the holidays without wolfing down the Christmas cookies!  lol

Your stick-to-it-ness is what will make you a success. I can just sense it. You are doing great.

Sorry for not responding earlier, Michelle. It's the same after surgery, it's always great to make it through the day--but your food will soon be tastier and more satisfying than Medifast! Take care, I

Nancy,

Hello,

I have to admit the first couple of days were a challenge....but with determination I made it through. I lost 15 pounds the first week which was great! Don't be worried as you are now on the way to a new beginning. I started Jan. 4th and my surgery date is Feb 13th, so about 5 weeks some people are on for 12 weeks, cannot imagine but they do well. Please feel free to write to me whenever you want and exchange phone numbers, I see we have the same surgeon. What is the date of your surgery?

Michelle
