Hello All, Happy Humpday OK what I had today: B- 1 scrambled egg, 1 sl bread with pat butter, some hot tea with Micellar milk S- 1 oz pretzels, 4 oz carb control yogurt L- Beef chop meat and thin noodles, 1 orange, 1 oz Funnions S- 1 pk of PB cheese crackers, trail mix D- Not sure yet....... Water: 32 oz, 24 oz Caffeine free Diet Coke Exercise: n/a OK who is next? ~hugs~

Oh I have not had the greatest day but that is mostly because I just don't feel like eating but I did the best I could so far... B - 1 scrambled egg w/ 1 slice of American cheese L - 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat toast w/tomato & no mayo S - 1 Hershey Hot Cocoa Kiss (OMG - TO DIE FOR!!!! One is definitely enough!!!) D - not sure yet but leaning towards 3oz of grilled fish w/ broccoli pieces Water - 56oz so far Exercise - 10 minutes of walking (I thought about doing more, does that count?) I guess when I see it in writing it doesn't look too bad...

Happy Humper Day to you, too! B- fruit nut bar 120 cals L- cream of chicken soupa D- meatload, taters and corn S- scoop of ice cream/peppermint patty Unable to walk during lunch or at home tonight.  Will surely walk tomorrow!

Good morning love. Yesterday was not a good eating day for me. Started out good, but then some family stress stopped me from eating dinner. At least I got all my protein in and I feel "light" today.



Coffee

B - Lite & Fit Yogurt



S - Protein Shake made with water



L - 2 oz. tuna steak, 1/2 small salad



S - Cytosport protein diluted with half water



D - None - I was stressed and upset and couldn't eat. This is a huge change from pre surgery when I would have eaten until I was sick



Before bed - I was finally hungry, so I had a protein shake made with water.



Note - I've been making my protein shakes with water as Vitalady suggests and I've been doing extremely well with them. Keeps the calories in check and doesn't make me feel bloated.


Edited to add that I had 653 calories and 121 gr. of protein.

Hi Debra - Long time no see.  Hope things are well with you. As for me: B - scrambled egg, cheese, turkey open face on one slice of WW toast S - 2 bananas Sitting here wondering what's for lunch.  I think I want a green salad with grilled chicken and fat free catalina dressing.  Well, that's what I might actually GET but what I WANT is entirely different.  LOL!
