Hello All, I hope you all had a great day! What I had today: B- 1 hard boiled egg white w 1/2 yoke, 1 rice cake Archeiv One Protein Drink S- 1 oz trail mix, 3/4 oz cheese L- Chop beef with thin noodles, 1 apple S- 1 pk pb crackers OK so I was so stressed when I left work I stopped off and got a small fries!!! D- Not sure yet.... Water: 32 oz Exercise: Walked during lunch (hey it is a start ) ~Hugs~

HAHA  I had b- 1 medifast shake l- 2 medifast shakes s- medifast shake d- 4 oz sirloin and small salad

Glad to hear you are doing ok on the shakes..... It will be over before ya know it hun and you will be a loser forever... ~hugs~

Hi All. B - L/F Yogurt with added nuts and raisins L  - Big handful of almonds (Too big)  Was shopping and that's what I had in my pocket S - 6 (six) S/F ice pops  I was thirsty after shopping. Not good, I know. D - Wendy's Chili Lots of water, Decaf tea & Splenda Took all vitamins Exercise - Walked 3 miles, Lifted free weights

Thanks for keeping me honest:

B - Nada (again)

L - 1/8 cup mashed taters and a slice of pork 

Walked for 30 minutes during my lunch hour 

4 1" diameter cream cheese cookies ( I know... bad me..I brought them to work to get them out of my house and still ate them.  Now they're ALL GONE! )

D- small baked chicken breast, spoon of corn and a spoon of rice

Walked for 40 minutes after dinner with the doggie

Watched BIGGEST LOSER using my 10 lbs leg weights while sitting on the couch...leg lifts just forward working the quads!  4 sets of 20.

Loads of Crystal Light Lemon Tea
