Hello All,
What I eat today so far:
B- 2 egg whites
1 Archeiv Protein Drink
S- 1 oz pretzels, 4 oz cottage cheese
L- 1 cup homemade chicken soup, 1 oz Fritos
S- 1 pk PB cheese crackers
D- 4 oz steak, 1/2 backed potato, 1 pat butter
1 Archeiv Protein Drink
Not sure what I will have tonight, maybe some fruit!
Water: 32 oz water, 20 oz Diet Green tea
Exercise: N/A

B. 1/4 banana w/1T+ Peanut Butter (must eat w/morning meds)
L. grazed through about 5 spelt squares w/1 slice of lf cheese on each. I was starving!
s. 1/2 serving almonds
s#2 6 oz. plain ff yogurt, 1/2 container LF cottege ch. w/pineapple all mixed w/2 heaping T ground flax. sounds gross, but yum to me!
d. got home late so made myself be satisfied w/whey protein shake w/1c 1% milk.
then did 15, got that 15 min on the elliptical. Not hungry! It's awesome!
1 sf popsicle, then a long overdue goodnight. I got sucked into reading the crap on the main forum.
I CAN'T WAIT TO FINALLY GO TO MERCY TOMORROW NIGHT--BEEN OUT OF TOWN EVERY MONTH FOR 3 MONTHS!

What I ate today...
B- 1 scrambled egg & 1 slice of bacon (weak moment - had to go in to work really early so I ate in the cafe & that darn bacon smelled soooo good!! At least I only ordered 1 piece!!)
L- 1/2 hard boiled egg, 2 cuke slices, 3 black olives, 1 jumbo green olive, 2 mushroom slices, 1 red pepper ring, 1 oz cheddar cheese, about an ounce of tuna & a small spoon of low-fat cottage cheese (again, the cafe salad bar... my schedule was screwed up cus I had to leave early for a dr appt so I never made lunch)
D- 1 Gortons grilled garlic & butter fish fillet (LOVE these things - 17g of protein & only about 3g of fat!!!) & about 1/4 cup steamed broccoli pieces
Water: 60 oz water
Exercise: not much but I did walk up & down the hill at work to the lot I parked my car in!!!
I am trying really hard to lose that last 1/2lb to hit 100... tomorrow is my "official" weigh-in day... keep your fingers crossed!!!!
Coffee, made from ground, equal parts regular and decaffeinated mug (8 fl oz)
B - Lean Body Protein Shake
S - Nectar Iced Tea
L - Salad with balsamic vinaigrette and edammame
D - Herb Crusted Tempeh with Orange Ginger Sauce and some string beans(My Green Bistro)
