Hi everyone. Sorry I am so late posting but it has been a busy day. As a few of you know...I had my 1st follow-up with surgeons office today and since quite a few have asked, (and I thank every one of you who did!) I thought this would be the easiest way to answer everyone. All the blood work came out great, no deficiencies anywhere. (YAAAHOO) My A1C is down from 9.4 to 7.2 in just a month's time !! (AWESOME!) My weight is down another 13 pounds (YIPPEEEEE!!!) They were very happy with my progress and in truth, so am I. The only down thing is there may be some nerve damage to my wrist from the IV that was inserted at the hospital. Have to make an appt w/ PCP (done and scheduled for the 8th! --GOSH I"M GOOD!!! Teehee) to get a referral to a neurologist.  I can now use treadmill, bike, NU-step machines and the POOL!!  So tomorrow...heading for the mall or the Sunnyview.  Thanx really, for everyone who asked bout my appt today.  By the way----I am still looking for a walking partner for the next month b4 I go back to work....available days and early evenings, just send me a note!! Hope everyone else had a great day too. Joanie
