Hello All ~hugs~ Ok what I had today: (still not totally back on track but getting there...SLOWLY!!!) B - Archiev One protein drink, 1 rice cake S - 1 oz mini pretzels, 4 oz carb/sugar control yogurt L - 1 can tuna, over mixed greens, cucs and 1 string cheese.  Small handful of crutons. 1 Tbs Thousand Island dressing. 1 pear. S - 1 pk Cheese PB crackers D - 1 cheeseburger, sm fries and Diet Coke (needed something on the go!) S -  1oz microwave popcorn OK another carb filled day Water: 32 oz (still trying to get my 64oz in) Exercise: n/a

You still have time to drink more water! As you've told me, you didn't get into bad habits overnight, and you won't get out of them overnight either.    You'll get back to where you want to be, sweetie. Maybe you could try a protein drink in the afternoon so your're not ravenous for dinner?    That helps me. :)

Karen, Yeah I might just start doing that! I am hoping that we get the fridge fixed at work so I can put some soy milk in there to mix with the protein powder. Thanks for your support hun ~hugs~

Hello folks. B - L/F yogurt with a scoop of nuts & raisins S - S/F chocolate pudding L - Salad with chick peas, black olives, cooked turkey pepperoni and tbs of Lo cal Ranch S - Handful of unsalted sunflower seeds D - Attempted lightly breaded chicken but I could tell it wasn't going to sit right. Had protein shake instead. Lots of water, Decaf tea and splenda, and S/F ice pop as we speak. TOOK ALL MY VITAMINS Next person up???

Ok today menu is as follows:

B- protein shake

S- 2 protein balls

L- 1/4 slice of pizza, 2 oz virginia ham (some combo )

D- 1/2 small chili, 1/2 plain baked potatoe

Water 8 bottles of good old Poland Spring
Exercise: 1 hour with my trainer this evening
                  Weight loss since begining WLS journey -141lbs!

Morning sweetie.

Yesterday 1/3 (Happy Birthday to me)

B - Protein Shake
S - 1 oz almonds
L - 1/2 nectar Iced Tea Protein
S - 1 oz almonds
D - Protein Shake

I'm trying to stop the picking and carbing that I was obviously doing. Trying to do mostly protein shakes to get back on track.

Exercise - 15 minutes (leg lifts, crunches and stretching)
Water - 80 oz. at least (water, decaf tea and decaf coffee)

I was feeling a bit "off" today & had a raging headache for most of the day so I didn't do too well... I'll make up for it today!! B - 1 Scrambled egg w/ a little cheese L - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 oz cheddar cheese & 4 black olives (yeah, pitiful salad bar at work but it was better than nothing!) S - 1 hot chocolate creme filled hershey kiss (weak moment but it was amazing & one was plenty!! ) D - 1 packet of weight control oatmeal (I just wasn't all that hungry) Water: 70 oz Exercise: walked for about 10-15 minutes... headache was pretty bad at that point

b - whey protein shake made w/1 cup milk & coffee L   2 spelt squares (taste a little like cardboard, but very low-carb cardboard) ! w/2 slices low fat amer cheese s- 6 oz fage-type yogurt, ff, sf,  with 1/4 banana + 1splenda d - 1 C homemade chile - chopped meat, beans, sauce...1 cup was probably too much--must buy new measuring cups tomorrow--3/4 cup would done the trick!  WHY do I eat just because it's there? tons of water and 10 min on the elliptical.  will have 1 or 2 sf popsicles before bed.  What an exciting life I lead--the elliptical and a book on a Saturday night! next?
