Maryellen, So sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you...was away most of the day. Cottage Cheese Pancakes: 1 egg 1/4 Cup of cottage cheese (I use the no-fat) 2 Tablespoons of whole wheat flour Optional items to add are: 1 packet equal or splenda cinnamin 1/4 to 1/2 scoop of protein powder (this I have not added) dash of vanilla Extra's: 10 blueberries  small amount of sugar free whip cream Any flavor sugar free syrup (I like the rasberry) Use a wisk to mix the 1st 3 ingredients and then any optional items.  Turn on a skillet and coat with Pam. When the grill is hot divide the batter into 2 six inch pancakes and cook.  Blueberries can be added now or after taken off the grill. Whip cream or syrup if desired. This was a recipe that totally made me feel like I had treat. They don't taste like cottage cheese either. I make sure the grill is extra hot b4 cooking to give them a crispier outside. ENJOY!! I'm game. I'm glad you are back and posting sweetie

Yesterday, Wednesday 1/2

Coffee
B - 1 oz gouda cheese
protein shake

L - 3 oz tuna, small green salad

S - popcorn
S - small bag of chips what's up with that? I don't even really like chips.

D - nothing, I was not hungry

S - Lite peach yogurt

Water - between water and decaf tea, about 64 oz. I'm usually right on target with my fluids.

Boy, seeing it written out, I really didn't eat very well. I will do better today.
