Hello All,
I was wondering if others would like to see the accountability post again? Maybe posting what we eat, our work outs and goals? How often do you think it would be good to post it? Just wanting to get back on track and maybe we can help each other with this post again but not sure if you all are up for it again?
Just let me know....
What I eat today so far: ( trying to get back on track)
B- 1 whole grain English muffin with s/f jam and pat of butter.
Archiev One protein drink
S- 1 oz Pretzels
L- Salad green, cucs and turkey salad made with light mayo w/ranch dressing, 1 oz chips.
S- 1 Apple
D- Left over chinese food
Archiev One protein drink
OK not sure how the night is going to go but I am hanging in there...

Here's the recipe...they're GREAT and keep me FULL for hours!
1 cup Simply Jiff Peanutbutter
1 cup Protein Powder
1 cup uncooked oatmeal (NOT the instant kind)
5 packets of splender
soften peanutbutter in microwave for 40 seconds, then mix all ingridents together. Roll into walnut size balls and store in an air tight container in the fridge. Serving size 2 balls

I painted ( 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint) my dad's basement today. From 10:40 a.m until 3:30 pm, minus lunch time. Just had a nice hot shower

Sounds good to me!!! I started using fitday.com just to make sure I know what I am eating!! Turns out I was doing better than I thought!!
B- 1/2 c cream of wheat w/raisins & protein powder
L- 1 Italian Turkey sausage link w/ peppers, mushrooms & onions & green beans
D- 3 oz chicken tender parm (no breading/homemade) & green beans
I think I'll need part of a protein bullet later but right now something isn't sitting well so I can't think about it!!
Exercise: shoveled snow - about 6" worth of the crap!!!

You don't even want to know what I had yesterday. Scary.
As a result, today I had 3 protein shakes, tons of water and decaf tea. Tonight I will have a bit of unsweetened apple sauce. I will start my regular three meals tomorrow and pretend the other night didn't happen.
