Elliptical Advice, please

{{{{Karen}}}} When I 1st started using the elliptical I could barely do 2 mintues But I made it my goal to increase my time by 2 minutes every 4 days and know what...today I fly on that thing and LOVE it!! I do the weight loss program that makes the machine go up and down every 4 minutes and the whole program with cool down is 33 minutes and my stats are 325 calories burned and 2 .55 miles glided away I also wear a monitor to track my heart rate and I keep it at 150 bpm to get the total cardiac workout.
