Rosemary, Thanks so much for your support hun! Yes I am taking the first step to take back my control of my eating! Now I just have to get my butt back on my treadmill! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Dear Debra, I have missed you!  I'm so glad to read your post.   We all struggle with our demons every day.  I guess that's the "why" in why we do the things we do. You are a wonderful person who has accomplished an awesome amount; you hit a bump in the road and now you're willing to do the work of smoothing it out.  I think you'll do great!     Here are my goals (NOT resolutions): 1..  find a new job that pays as well or better than my present one with good medical benefits  (must do by May--I'm the sole "breadwinner--not too much pressure!) 2.  Drink all my water. 3.  Don't eat after 8 p.m.  If I work late & come home after8, limit intake to a protein shake. 4.  Progress to more than 20 minutes on the elliptical. Stay in touch Debra, we (I) need you here! Love,

Karen, I have missed all of my OH family as well and I know I need you guys to help with my journey for sure! Thank you so much for your kind words hun ~hugs~ I have to agree that I like the word "Goal" not resolutions because there is just something about that resolution word that makes me fail   No just kidding but well you know...... I wish you all the best in your goals for the new year! ~hugs~
