Dear Debra, I have missed you! I'm so glad to read your post. We all struggle with our demons every day. I guess that's the "why" in why we do the things we do. You are a wonderful person who has accomplished an awesome amount; you hit a bump in the road and now you're willing to do the work of smoothing it out. I think you'll do great! Here are my goals (NOT resolutions): 1.. find a new job that pays as well or better than my present one with good medical benefits (must do by May--I'm the sole "breadwinner--not too much pressure!) 2. Drink all my water. 3. Don't eat after 8 p.m. If I work late & come home after8, limit intake to a protein shake. 4. Progress to more than 20 minutes on the elliptical.
