Some people LOVE exercise - others CANNOT understand how
the thing is ....it is sooooo good for you!
Your PROMISE to yourself is GREAT 4x a week 20 minutes will make a difference and eventually - exercise will be a part of your life. You will feel accomplished, proud and energized after your work outs!

I'm a "before and after" in OH magazine (January / February 2008)
I wanted to make my exercise goal attainable. I think sometimes I get into an all or nothing mindset, and that just doesn't work. I will exercise tonight for day 3 this week. My intention is to stay at 4 days for a while and increase time/intensity.
