Weight loss 3 months post op?????

ok my wl partner: soooooo, u lost 52 lbs in 3 mos., what next, 52 lbs. in the next 3 mos???????  then we all will be looking for you with that much wl !!!!!!  you are doing super....if u feel negative about it, i think u answered your own question and that is you just need to get a correct eating schedule and u will feel more like you psychologically and mentally accomplished more..same thing goes for keeping those big clothes of yours around and occasionaly looking at them and putting them up against your body, to see how far you have come>>>>are u tired? same old thing about enough water and prptein, too?.not enough of each makes u tired and confused....(lack of protein and dehydration)...extra b12 for stabilized energy..............just do what u r supposed to do..u know what it is.write it down if u have to..(gives you a hard copy of your accomplishments).......congrats on the 52!!!!!!!!!!!!!  remember waiting for approval?, morning of the surgery?, being sick day after?, the wheelchair....?, you have come a long way and just remember that and follow doctors orders................................measure 1/2 cup, 1 cup, 22 oz water, NO GRAZING, (although i do that, sometimes),.chew, chew and swallow (& u know u can do that better than me ), by summer u will be in your pool with new new bathsuit  thinking of all this..YOU ARE THE BEST< EVER!!!!!!!! i had to stop weighing myself.i went nuts....so, i go by people who haven't seen me saying things like" wowow, u look so good, or u look so much younger (u dont haveta worry bout that 1), or the usual, wow u lost alot of weight!....if i go off grazing i get back on track the SAME day or i feel guilty............i went to the grocery store and saw a favorite cashier and she looked at me and thought i was someone else.COOL..eeeehhhhhhhaaaww!!!!! talk and see u soon hottie chick...love you always and forever, christina xxxxxxxxxxooooooooooooooo
