Hi Gina,congrats on your upcomming surgery.It's a peice of cake.Just follow instructions.Don't buy too many new clothes because the weight falls off.I was a 48" waist ,I bought a bunch of costly jeans 36" and now i'm in 32 to 34 " waist.The best of luck, Bob

WOW!  when i compared myself @ 210 and @ 153 I almost fell off my chair!  No wonder I've been getting so many compliments! thanks, and best of luck on your upcoming surgery.  We're here for you! P.S.  i keep having my clothes taken in...that's how I rationalize spending the money I did last night on buying the elliptical!
