3 1/2 Months Out
Happy Holidays Everyone.
I'm sorry I haven't posted in awhile but I have been lurking and reading the boards almost daily. It's always motivating to come here and see how well everyone is doing and to also see that I'm not the only one having certain issues. We're all in that similar boat.
It's been 3 1/2 months since my surgery and I am lighter by 70lbs. I feel great and actually had my mother one of my biggest critics in the past actually tell me how good I was doing and good I looked. My mom is from the school where she never gives out compliments but always is full of negative feed back. So to hear this coming out of her mouth almost had me fainting. I've posted a few current pictures on my profile page along with a post op picture which I almost didn't post. That picture was from the July 4th week when I went to Montauk with my boys. Who knew I looked that big? Well probably the world did but I guess I was the one in denial.
I'm off to bed but wanted to say Hello and Happy Holidays to everyone and hope you are all doing well.
