Any support groups in/near Rockland County, NY?

Thanks! I see you used their bariatric practice. I was going to originally but they don't take my insurance. Do you go to the support group? Do you know when it is?

HI Julie, I have not had surgery yet but am hoping to use their bariatric group.   I don't know when the meetings are, but I know they are monthly and take place at Good Samaritan Hospital.  The bariatric coordinator is Janet Kovler and you can find her number/email and info about the bariatric program at the hospital's website.  I'm sure it lists the meeting info.  Not sure if the meetings are open to people who did not have surgery at the hospital, though.  Ask Janet, she is a sweetie and she will help answer your questions, I am sure.
