OK..so i'm 2 weeks out....and i'm sooooo tired.   not necessarily sleepy tired... but physcially tired.  going up the stairs makes me tired.....   folding laudry makes me tired...  everything  does....... is this normal???? i'm pushing water hard.....but i'm only up to 45 or 50 oz a day......    but i find that i['m driniking so much water that i'm not really eating meals during the day...   not until dinner do i eat a real meal.  i have like a meatball at lunch...and just a protein shake for breakfast.   should i be doing something different??

oh...no...it is completely normal to be exhausted.  I really didn't get my full strength bac****il about 8 weeks out.  I went back to work too early (3 weeks) and couldn't make it through a full day.  This is major surgery and its does take a lot of time to recover...just don't overdo...:o) Rosemary

Deanna - Just think of all the changes that your body has been through in the past few weeks - you are completely normal being tired; you've had major surgery. It took me 3-4 weeks to get "back to normal" post op. Try hard to get your water in to help maximize your weight loss, as water is crucial, and also your protein. It's very hard in the early weeks to keep it all going, but it's worth the effort in the end. :-) ...Nick
