Over 200 lbs. GONE FOREVER!!!!!!
As of today I have lost 201 lbs in just under 9 months!!!!! My journey is better than I could have ever imagined. This tool is a gift that will be cherished forever. Less than 50 lbs. to goal!!!!
Thank You EVERYONE for the support and encouragement, whether it be through your posts or individually. I don't have the chance to post as often as I'd like; but I do check in often!!!

I don't have a "secret" LOL!!!
I just try to stay away from anything with over 7 grams of sugar or 14 grams of carbs/servings as per my surgeon' sinstructions. I either go to the gym or use my treadmill 4-5x/week, and try to "really work my tool."
