Insurance slowdown

I am so bummed.  Our company is changing carriers  effective 1/1/08, but I don't know who the new carrier is yet.  So now I don't know if the appointments I have scheduled for after the first of the year will have to be changed if those specialists (cardiologist etc.)  are "out of network" for my new insurance. I don't even know if I will be able to keep my primary doctor.  I am in limbo with food heaven holidays coming up.  I need strength to keep sight of my goals. I will know on Friday which health insurance I will have next year.  Hopefully things will be BETTER.  My surgeon is out of network for my current insurance, and I was going to pay $2500 towards my surgery.  Keep your fingers crossed for me please!!!
