Hiya Francesca, It's great to see you on OH!  Welcome! Were you able to try any of the samples given out at my LIPO meeting?  Just curious what you thought of them? I didn't realize that you were Dr. Ahmad's patient as well, isn't he the GREATEST? Hope to see you at the LIPO Holiday Celebration.

Hi!!  I LOVE Dr Ahmad!! Yes he truly is the greatest. Other then the fact that my eatting has changed so very much, and i get some twinges of pain now and then in my abdomen, i don't even feel like i had surgery just a few weeks ago!! I have had (praise Jesus) NO complications-- it has been very smoothe sailing ;) Yes i grabbed some samples, i like the chees chips the best! The protein shots were icky for me. I did not take much stuff.  Our next meeting is at the diner right from 630- 930? My daughter has a school play that night, if it wraps up early i will try to make it. Otherwise i will just attend the next one---  Are you going the 2nd Tues to Dr Ahamds meeting? I will be at that one, no school event that night! So hopefully i will see ya there ;)
