Happy Thanksgiving

Everyone Happy Gobble Gobble Day I just hace to share that I had my second fill yesterday 3 more cc's added now I really feel the restriction The first fill last month was 5 cc's now three that is eight WOW Im going to melt away LOL LOL my band is a 10 cc vanguard I am down 30 pounds and feel wonderful I am excersising regularly swimming at least 4x week I feel Wonderful when I figure out how to post the tiker the pics I will show all a new me Love to all and dont eat to much because I certainly cannot God Bless Love Kelly

Thank you Kelly and I hope your Thanksgiving Day was a blessing for you and your family.  I'm glad to hear that your doing so well with your second fill.  I haven't had one yet but I'm pretty sure I will be getting one at my next Dec. 3 appt.  I hope I do as well as it sounds like your doing!  Keep up the good work!    Also, as for the ticker thingy... I noticed you copied the URL what you have to do is copy the actual ticker that you made and then paste it on the same place you put the URL in your settings.  I can't help you with the Pictures because I had to have OH help me and they did it for me.  Maybe you could try them?   Take care, Sandra
