last night

i want to thank maryellen and karen for a job well done we have a very successful weight loss surgery group that meets once a month at the library (connetquot) it was a great time and i do have to say everyone looks great .... it was great to see all that i havent seen and even better it was great to see new faces!!!!!!! i cant stess enough how important those groups are so if you dont have one in your area take the course like maryellen and karen did and get one started !!!! im not kidding its great to have SUPPORT dont get me wrong this board is great but nothing like meeting and greeting people in person!!!!!!! again thanks maryellen and karen big kudos to you for making this work ... i believe because of it we will all have continued success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again everyone looks FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is always great to see you Stacey!  You are an inspiration esp being 3 years post op and still going through transformations...shedding baggage of another kind? ...lol  It's great to see you embrace the changes with such enthusiasm.  There's more to this surgery than losing pounds, some of it is very emotional and psychological as well....the biggest part of the WLS.  I'm hoping I get to see you out tonight.  It will depend on my energy level.  I want some of your energy to rub off on me...infectiously!!

What's the name of the club again?  Jazzies?  Port Jefferson (down near the ferry?)  We might as well tell everyone where all the "hotties" will be tonight....lol  sexy?  I'm not sure I know what that is ....yet!  But I'll do my best.

its right on main street in port jefferson its an upstairs club and its filled with all sorts of age groups you will have fun try to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hiya LIPO, Thank you guys!  The truth is Karen and I need you just as much (if not more) than you need us! I'm glad you continue to enjoy it.  What did you think about the free samples? One member told me it was as close to being on an Oprah show as she's ever going to get....lol. I hope you all enjoy your free samples.  I think that having the option of "trying before buying" is such a smart idea.   Guess what I found on my porch last night when I got back home?  The new OH Magazine Nov/Dec, oh well, I guess I'll have to distribute them at our Holiday Celebration.
