Hi everyone im new to this site, my surgery is scheduled for wed. 11-21 im having lap band and suprisingly im not scared, ive been on protein shakes for 2 weeks already so i have a head start on not eating. im going to check out this site and be back alot for support and any advise i may have to offer happy thanksgiving to all
