Okay, Here are my answers:   1. What types of food did you eat this week?  Beef stew, manicotti, skirt steak, yogurt with fruit salad and crunchy cereals, oatmeal with sliced bananas, chicken salad, antipasto salads, mock rice pudding recipe...(YUMMY), apples, pinapples, organges, 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Went to the gym 5 times this week. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?  Mainted my 120lb weightloss, YAY for me! 4. What was your biggest challenge?  Once again getting that darn water in! 5. What's your most reliable post-op food, the one that never makes you sick? Chili (usally from Wendy's with cheese) very delicious and under 2 bucks! *Fun bonus question: What are your Thanksgiving plans/menu this year? I am having 23 people over for an "Italian Thanksgiving" LOL! We'll begin with various antipasto salds, sliced peperoni, provolone, roasted red peppers, a spincah dip with veggies (not Italian but I need it), and other appetizers, and naturally with pork breads and others. then comes the pasta dish (whatever my mom feels like bringing...I'm tired of begging her not to)then comes the Turkey with all the trimmings imaginable and of course I make a port roast because not everybody likes the turkey but usually by this point I am packing up all the leftovers because nobody is hungry!   Then to the viennese hour, this year I'll sneak my mock rice pudding and plan on making 2 sugar free pies,,,,,shhh don't tell anyone!  Along with whatever my guests bring over, oh, and thats in addition to my daughter Giovanna's birthday cake,  ( we always celebrate her birthday at Thanksgiving). I have decided to go for a walk sometime before it gets dark.  We begin eating around 1:30 ish and usually eat all day and night.  This year, I'm going to have some better choices for those interested, and insist on taking a nice stroll around 4ish, even if its just with the kids!

Hiya Diane, I'm like that you put up a new picture (especially since you are looking SOOOO GREAT, but you look somewhat squished in the new avatar....then again, I should talk, I can 't seem to get a new picture up of me!  Britt even tried sending me directions.....I still couldn't do it.   Until I get more help, I guess I'll remain avatarless  See you on Tuesday!
