Any suggestions for popsicles??  I tried an orange sugar-free(made with aspartame) Popsicle brand, and it didn't seem to agree with me; left me with a burning sensation...  Any suggestions?? Thanks! Flo

I had a similar problem with aspartame after my surgery...my taste buds were wacked out.  It did improve..thank God...because I had a real problem with my Optisource vitamins.  Now, I don't mind taking them a bit.  Give it a week or so...it might improve.  Just try to get your liquids other ways.  It is very trial and error the first few weeks.  Everybody's system takes different times to adjust.  Good Luck! Try the sf popsicles that have pop flavor........like orange pop, root beer and dr. Pepper. Very good! Hugs, Chris

I tried the diet snapple pops.  They are pretty good. Patty

if you're ambitious, you can also make your own out of whatever SF beverage you like.... even various flavored diet sodas (aka: pop)... crystal light, reduced-sugar juices, etc.  For an added kick, try mixing in a protein "bullet" with them, so your popsicles now have a bit of protein in them too. you can go the basic "kid pop" route using an ice tray and toothpicks, or you can buy special plastic "popsicle molds" that come complete with reusable handles. kind of like this: http://www.amazon.com/Tovolo-Yellow-Groovy-Pop-Molds/dp/B000 G32H3Y/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/103-1436759-6705467?ie=UTF8&s=home-ga rden&qid=1194554069&sr=8-1 Enjoy

I still have Schwan s/f fudgies.  50 calories!  and man are they delish!  I did do those the first week and had no issues at all.  I'm not too fond of the s/f pops though!

From the Schwan's truck..... they're sold direct by independent dealers.... imagine an Avon lady having a big mail truck delivering your perfume to your house..... Schwan's dealers have refrigerated trucks roughly the size of a large pickup with a big cargo box on the back.... or some (depending on the size area they cover) are close to the size of a home heating oil delivery truck. http://www.schwans.com/

Thanks Sean, I've never heard of this company before, but I just put in a request for a brochure. Thanks,
Maryellen
