I'm all set...

I had my medical clearance today and I'm all set for surgery on Monday!!  I had one small glitch with my urine test, they think there's a possibility I might have a UTI, but it's hard to tell for sure because it's that time of the month.  Dr. Pawlowski gave me a 3 day antibiotic just in case , and said everything else looks great.  My surgery is set  for 12:00 noon  on Monday and I think I've got every emotion imaginable running through me right now; one minute  I'm sooo excited and looking  forward to all of  it, then I'm nervous,  then I'm downright scared, then I'm sure this won't work for me, then I think of course it will work, then  I get all excited again, and it all starts all over again.  *lol*  I'm hoping  I can stay sane for the next 3 days...  We've got a busy weekend coming up so that should  help, at least I hope so... Yeah, Flo!!  The feelings you are having are normal.  You'll get through it all , it will work for you and you will be inspiring others soon.  I'll be thinking of you and sending prayers and good vibes. All the best -- Maria

Flo, The roller coaster of emotions is completely normal.  I was thinking of bolting in the pre-op room, but I am so glad I didn't.  By this time next week you will on the road to a better life...good luck on Monday...here's to a perfect surgery! Rosemary

I'm having my surgery on MOnday too and I'm feeling exactly the same way you are!!  Good to hear someone else is experiencing the exact same stuff.  Good luck, I'll be thinking about you on Monday!!
