First time out of the house today since surgery.  Now I'm not much of a walker (after about 10-15 mins I get back spasms).  I have to sit down for a minute, or bend over to try and rest the back before continuing to walk.  They are really painful and limit my activity!  I was out at the store today .. tasting products .. 30 mins on my feet "NO BACK PAIN"  .. I must confess .. this is getting better and better .. what was I thinking?  I should have done this a year ago!!!

How awesome Ron. Congrats to you. You might want to keep a running list of all the positive changes that have occured as a result of the surgery. The list becomes massive after a while and is something to cherish.
