A little nervous and looking for some prayers

I went in for my regular mammogram and they found something "suspicious" so I have to go back next Tuesday for a biopsy. Needless to say I am more then a little scared. I am 45 yo and my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in her early 40's. That was 30some years ago and she is a survivor, but all the same......... I sure could use prayers from the prayer warriors out there. Thanks in advance. It is great having people to turn to when you are scared and worried. Sally

Sally, You so have my prayers right now!! My mom died of breast cancer almost 5 yrs ago & because she had cancer I had to get my first mammagram 2 months after she died & didn't they freakin' find something!! They sent me back in for an ultrasound & lo & behold it was no more than a cyst!! It was nerve wracking nonetheless!! Keep the faith!! Everything will be just fine!!! I will keep you in my prayers & let us know how things turn out!! Cece

Thank you so much and I will definitely keep you posted. I am hoping it has something to do with the rapid weight loss and how it changes the tissue in the breast, but until they can tell me it is nothing I can't help but worry. Sally

Sally, I can so relate..I had the same experience in January. I was also lucky that the biopsy came back OK. I'll be praying for you...please keep us updated! Rosemary
