It's been awhile since I've been here, but Medifast is on!

It's not that bad actually... It's day 3 and i can't wait until It's over.... I see the nurse on the 18th to get weighed....

I was wondering how you were doing!! I haven't had a free moment to really post anything the last few days!!  Have you tried the extracts yet? Raspberry was my favorite in the chocolate!!! I will be there Thurs for my last pre-op weigh-in!!! What time is your appt? Mine is 3:45. I go in for surgery bright & early Monday morning!!!!!
