Health Fair - Choose 2 Lose! - FREE GOODIES

As I started my quest, the first group I attended was sponsored by Choose 2 Lose.  The person who ran the group Robin, has opened a store on Route 82 in Hopewell Junction.  I stopped in today and they have a wide variety of protien drinks, podwers and post op meals.  She informed me that there will be a health fair on Oct. 20, at the Holdiay Inn in Fishkill, NY on Route 9.  There will doctors and vendors with product booths with tasting and free samples.  Call the Holiday Inn for more information 845-896-6281.  This is a free event, so if any one is interested stop in.  I'm going to sample protien drinks and powder for after surgery!!!  Hope I find something I like  .
