cottege cheese pancakes: 1/2 c. Cottege cheese (I use 1% Friendship whipped) 1 egg 2 TBS Flour Blend in magic bullet, then cook like pancakes. They actually taste like pancakes. you can add couple tbsp. rolled oats, some cinnamon & vanilla. spray frying pan w/pam, cook like pancakes--makes 4-6. Don't over-cook, or they'll be hard to eat. Entire recipe is 21 gr. protein. enjoy!
