Mixers? Blenders?

What kind of mixer or blender do you all use for the shakes and where's the best place to get them? Also, do any of you use the Spirutein powder? Thanks!!

My SIL gave me a Magic Bullet and I use that. Perfect size and very convenient.

If I'm at work and want one, I use a mixing cup that I got at Bariatric Eating.

I bought a mixer thingie from bariatriceating.com that is basically a shaker with a metal whick-like ball in it & for me it makes things too foamy (for the lack of a better word). I use a gravy shaker from tupperware that I had at home - it has a thing that fits in the top that looks like a wheel with spokes & it works perfectly. Give something like that a try - I am also willing to give away the bariatric eating shaker to anyone who may want it.  Cece

Hi Cece!  Thanks for the info!  I have a Spirutein shaker that's like a gravy shaker so I will use that.  I just wondered if I needed a blender (mine bit the dust a while back and haven't decided on what one I'd like yet nor have I taken the time to look lol) or a magic bullet or something along those lines. I have the Bella Cuscina...it's EXACTLY like the magic bullet. I actually got it at Macys when they had one of their "Super Sales" and I got it for $24.99. The thing is one of the BEST things I've ever purchased!
