Yesterday's Synergy Support Group Mtg.

I was so happy to meet many of the "faces behind the avatars" that I have been reading about all these months!  Great to meet you -- Rico2230 (and Anita), Flo66, Dianthus!!  And good to see AnneS2bthin again.   A Big Thank You to Anne for offering to be my angel for my surgery 10/18.  So nice of you, Anne!!!!   I love those meetings and seeing and hearing of everyone's experiences.  It just makes me so excited to get this thing started!!   Again, great to meet you all --   

Glad to hear it was a good meeting.    My sister was suppose to attend but I didn't get to talk to her today to see how it went.   She is scheduled to see Dr. C the first week in November.   I so hope that she is a canidate for surgery.  Now that she has decided she wants to have it done she has her heart set on it.    I wi**** wasn't so far from me or I would attend.  Instead I attend the support group meeting that is closer to my home on the same night. Thank you, Sally, for the good wishes!   You are having amazing success.  You must be thrilled!  It will be wonderful if your sister can have it done so you can share this with each other!  I'm glad there is a support group near you.  I imagine it's very helpful to continue with it after surgery. Yes..it was great to meet people and put some faces to names.....    Very interesting meeting...  and the split pea soup wasn't that bad at all.
