Scheduling a Surgery Date?

Thank you Patty!   Did you have to pay out of pocket for the Nut and Pysch?

    

 

Well i paid for 3 session each for my nut and pysch out of pocket because I had different insurance at that time and they didn't cover it.  I haven't used all my sessions yet so I'm not sure if it's covered on my new plan.

Hi Kelly.  Another Garber patient here.  (I love Dr. Holover too!) Stephanie in their office is REALLY god about scheduling-- Did you have all your tests done?  When you do, she'll submit for approval...as soon as she gets it, she will schedule you.  She's good about emails & phone calls & works great w/insurance companies. Keep us posted,
