I'm looking for a gym in Lower Westchester, somewhere between Yonkers East and White Plains. Ideally, it should have:

• no contract
• aerobic machines (bikes, treadmills), weight machines and free weights
• certified trainers
• classes (step, spin... yoga would be ideal)
• open by 7am, open until at least 9pm

Any suggestions?

I don't think you're going to find a gym with everything you want without signing a contract.  I belong to Planet Fitness.  They are located in White Plains and Yonkers. http://www.planetfitness.com/ They do have some classes and are open 7 days.  All the information you need is on their website.  Hope this helps.

I think it will be hard to find a gym with no contract.  I used to belong to Court Sports in Elmsford.  It isn't too far from WCMC.  I really liked it there.
