I saw my surgeon yesterday for my 4.5 month check up and during the course of conversation I asked him what he recommended for PMS.  His response................ Chocolate!!!!!!!!    I thought I was going to fall out of my chair from laughter.   He said that during the worst times of PMS (especially for mood swings) I could try just 2-3 (very small amount) of dark chocolate chips.  He acknowledged that it was strange for a gastric bypass surgeon to recommend his patients eating chocolate......... but he said even in very small quantities there is something in the dark chocolate that helps with the mood swings of PMS.     Of course I am not a fan of dark chocolate, but I am going to give it a try next time I have PMS and get very moody.   I'll let you know if it helps.

Please don't tell me that! LOL. I can just imagine myself having 2-3 little squares and that's it. It would never be that way with me.
