Any Support Groups in Queens?

Greetings New York OHers! I recently moved to NY from PA and am looking for information on support groups in Queens.    Are there any?  If so, when do they meet; where do they meet; and, who can come?   I am exactly 4 months out today!  Hooray for me!  I am down about 78 pounds from my highest weight ~ 58 since surgery, 76 since my consult and actually down 80 from my highest weight on March 3/5/07 when I weighed in at 270. Hi Jan, I am not sure where in Queens you are, but my surgeon's office has a support group meeting once a month in Flushing.  It meets this Wed and is usually the last Wed of the month.  The meeting place is NYHQ which is located on Main Street and Booth Memorial Avenue.  Most of the people who go have had surgery with him, but it's not mandatory, there are also a few people who have had surgery elsewhere. There is another group, Queens Metro WLS, that meets once a month, but they just had a meeting last week.  Lenny the group leader normally posts on the NY board when the next meeting takes place.  They meet in the Whitestone area.
