1. What types of food did you eat this week? Stuffed cabbage, pasta and meatballs, peanut butter and jelly sandwhich,grilled chicken salad, lots and lots of different cheeses and crackers, stuffed peppers, boars head ham and turkey rolled up with lettuce, chicken/shrimp salad with pickles and olives, yougurt with a pear diced up and some bran flakes, oatmeal. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week?  I went to the gym 5 times this week, YAY! 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? stood the same, down -120lbs! 4. What was your biggest challenge? Being home so much (my hubby had rotator cuff surgery last week, so I took this past week as 1/2 days)probably snacked more than usual. 5. Name 3 things that WLS has impacted the most?  My attitude towards everybody and everything, my family and my goals. *Fun bonus question: Name a song that most describes your mood right now????  "Oh happy day" Have a great week all!

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Protein shakes, homemade veggie chowder, Bob Evan's breakfast sausage, a little hamburger, homemade veggie lasagna, sugar free pudding cups, Crum Creek Soy Bites, string cheese, lots of flavored water and 1% milk, and a few bites of turkey breast sandwich meat.  2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Tons of walking (I have a puppy that I walk constantly) and some serious cleaning and moving stuff to get the house ready for winter.  3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? Tomorrow is my weigh in day, and I think I'll either stay the same or be down a pound.  4. What was your biggest challenge? Making sure I got in all of my fluids and enough food every day.  5. Name 3 things that WLS has impacted the most?  The way I feel mentally.  The way I feel physically.  My appetite (it doesn't exist anymore!)    *Fun bonus question: Name a song that most describes your mood right now????   "I Believe In Miracles"

Hi Maryellen, 1. What types of food did you eat this week? L/F Cheese, turkey pepperoni,salad, kidney beans, chick peas, chicken cutlet parm & spaghetti squash, hamburger, tuna, protein drinks,fruit,nuts 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Hiking, daily fast-paced walking with wrist weights. Lifted weights 3x.a wk. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? None this week, still at 163/164 lbs. Total 66lbs.  4. What was your biggest challenge?  I need to do abdominal exercises (I have "The Bean" exerciser) and just keep procrastinating. Started watching the "How To" video today. Will do it tomorrow. 5. Name 3 things that WLS has impacted the most? It has enabled me to be much more social, I have extra energy to spare,and much more hope for the future because of a better frame of mind. *Fun bonus question: Name a song that most describes your mood right now???? "Zippety Doo-Dah"

ok ill give it a shot!!!! what kind of foods did you eat this week? i eat  a lot of cheeses i had some japanese food which is one of my favorite refreshing meals filled with protien,i mostly pick at meals.... and this week i have had my friend so i have been craving sweets!!! (bad girl).........i have also been on a bolongna and swiss kick so if i have it it will be on whole wheat bread... what kind of excersise do you do !!!!    NONE my job keeps me physical enough i couldnt imagine going to a gym or excersising after a day of what i do !!!!!!!! how much weight have you lost so far!!!!     110 lbs i started this journey at 242 and now im about 132 give or take a few lbs (im a daily weigher :( ) what was my biggest challange!!!!! hmmmmm i dont think i have had any challanges due to this whole journey ..... i was in my right frame of mind at the time of surgery and was pumped from day one....but if i didnt have the job i have then excersise would be my biggest challange so i feel blessed.... name three things weight loss has impacted the most..... my state of mind my attitude in general my movement i can slither around now not like before my relationship with myself it has given my my self esteem back and now i know if  i can conquer this then i can conquer anything..... and last of all i am able to do what my first goal was and that was to run up the side lines at my sons football games!!!!!! name a song that describes your mood right now.........FREEBIRD

1. What types of food did you eat this week?
Protein Shakes, refried beans, cottage cheese, string cheese, soup, more protein shakes

2. What types of exercise did you do this week?
Pffft..this is the area I need the most work in. I get most of my exercise walking and doing laundry, but not to intentionally exercise. My promise to myself is that I start tomorrow right after work.

3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?
This week I lost 2.5 for a total of 35 lbs.

4. What was your biggest challenge?
I got sick for the first time this week. Once was just the foamies, the other I vomitted.

5. Name 3 things that WLS has impacted the most?
The social aspect of food.
