kinda down

Just hearing about your commute exhausts me! I understand completely about the liquids...I still have problems with the 64 ounces. I do my best. Once your work schedule gets back to normal I hope you can have time to work on your diet. Please don't let yourself get dehydrated...that wouldn't be good. Good luck...KEEP THE FAITH!!! Rosemary
Hello Lisa,
I am so sorry to hear what is going on with you job. I wish I could offer you suggestions for work, but I can not. I can suggest a meal or two.
This past week I tried refried beans, with non-fat sour cream. You can try blending them with low fat shredded cheese and perhaps salsa (if it is not too spicy). I blended it all together and it was very yummy.
I also bought already made grilled chicken (from the gourmet food store) and purred it with Progresso (Lite) Italian Veggie soup (I took out the noodles). It was very good and it was something different. I also got chicken and broccoli from a local Chinese food store. (I took out the broc) and pureed the chicken with the broth from wonton soup and this way I was able to enjoy take out with my husband.
Hopefully you only have a few more weeks of pureed food. Hang in there!
Hugs, Lauren
