6 Month Update
Hi Diane... 66 lbs in 6 months is a fabulous weight loss... especially when you factor in your ability to do all that walking that you do!!!
I feel exhausted just at the thought of walking 5 blocks never mind 5 miles. You can't just focus on the scale. Look how healthy you've become and what you're physically able to accomplish.

Good Morning Jessica.
I don't do all the walking at one time. I feel good, but not that good!!!
I'm no spring chicken here.
I break it up into 2 sessions during the morning / day and late afternoon / evening.
My $600.00
"out of pocket " orthotics are getting flat, though.
(Really.)
It's funny that when you read other people's responses about yourself, you are able to stand back and say,"Yeah, I am doing okay...huh?" (Validation ?)
Sooooo thanks, Jessica. I see that you are coming along pretty well yourself.
